  1. click on the Layouts folder in the left hand column
  2. find the INV templates, about half way down the list and DOUBLE click to open it. INV stands for Invoice – a fuller description of what the template is called will appear at the bottom of the column on the left when you select a template.

Moving Boxes and Changing Layout

Once the invoice template has come up in full (it often takes a moment or two) you will see all the coded boxes that are already in the template. You can grab these and move them. Click on the box you want to move and an arrowed cross will appear. You need to put your cursor actually in the arrowed cross to move the box around- just grabbing the box won’t work.
