ABSTRACT
Strategic management refers to a set of decisions and actions that result in the formulation and implementation of plans designed to achieve an objectives. In this case for a better flexibly and engaging of the user and a great feeling control of the medium.
The purpose of this project is to get a feel and control of movement on screen with no physical touch . I have tried to simulate a touch screen which is capable of detecting your hands movement and control rotation of subject on screen. The problem with current touch screen is the physical touch and these day people are avoiding touch in public environment, it will preventing spreading germs and a affordable solution for screens behind glasses.
INTRODUCTION
A responsive environment is the result of creative work by artists, architects, designers and other specialists needed to help realize it not just software engineers an/or robotics specialists, but frequently but also scientists. Rather than being wholly computer generated, like virtual reality projects, responsive environments are bridge between the domain of media artists. [1]
Concept of my project is to provide a control without a touch screen monitors or mouse,
In today’s world there are some problems with current controllers, such as spreading germs. people are prefer not to touch subject in public place such as airport, shops window , etc.

For resolving this problem we can use this mechanism to control the contents or images by adding the sensors and remote device to achieve this objective. some researchers have described motions as complex organized states consisting of cognitive appraisals, action impulses, and patterned somatic reactions [2]. Emotions play an important role in human interaction and are a central aspect in all levels of human behavior, Sociological and physiological. Emotions are a social need and represent an important channel
of communication with one-self and others, playing an important role in social interaction and rational thinking. [3]
In order to get insight into these conflicting needs, I have developed a mechanism for allowing users to explicitly express their feeling and communicate them at a distance.

Hardware used included:

• 2X Sharp GP2D12
• Phidgets interface kit
• Empty shell of security camera.

HARDWARE DESCRIPTION
Infrared Ranger Sensor:
The short-range infrared (IR) detector with detection range of about 10 cm to 80
cm (4” to 31.5”). This compact device consists of an IR transmitter, receiver, optics,
filter, detection and amplification circuitry. It is highly resistant from the environment
condition, especially ambient light, and some variations of the surface reflectivity of the
detected object.

The PhidgetInterfaceKit 8/8/8 provides:
8 Analog Inputs
8 Digital Inputs with hardware noise filtering
8 Digital Outputs

The PhidgetInterfaceKit 8/8/8 allows you to connect devices to any of 8 analog inputs, 8
digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. It provides a generic, convenient way to interface your PC with various devices. We have two input infrared for reading the value, in order to play forward or backward the time line in flash.

Software Environment
I was able to use flash 8 (AS3) to program and integrate Phidgets interface kit in my project by importing my movie to the timeline and embed the action script for receiving value from sensors to be able controlling time line by playing forward or backward and controlling the image on the screen by moving the hands.

Control and composition
The control system includes hardware and software control of all inputs and outputs as well as processing for decisions that are programmed by the artist. He must balance his desire for interesting relationships against the commitment to respond in real-time. The simplest response are little more than direct feedback of the participant’s behavior, allowing the environment to show off its perceptual system. [4]

CONCLUSIONS
I have designed and described a communication device. I have also outlined some preliminary observation regarding the usability of Flex control. I have experienced effective way of feeling in the new kind of communication.

The FeedBack I have got from tuter:
My broad feedback is that the report contains many grammatical/
typographical errors, is about one third of the required length and
there is also no appropriate rationale or research question
underpinning the project idea. You have also provided too descriptive
an account and you have not really explained how the the theoretical
material that you list in your bibliography is related to the
arguments that you are making – just embedding the reference number
is not enough – the referenced material needs to be woven into your
discussion.

I suggest that you try to produce a reworking of an introduction and
early paragraph and send it back to me for initial feedback. I would
also be happy to meet you to discuss how you can improve your work.
